Appointments canceled 48 hours or more in advance will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
Appointments canceled 48 hours or less prior to appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice.
Media Agreement
All media produced for an agent or broker by the media provider (10 One Productions Media LLC) may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self-promotion. The media may also be used by the agent’s parent company/broker for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property captured. Please note however, that all the imagery produced including photographs, video, floor plans, virtual staging, and any other delivered media is owned and copyrighted exclusively by the media provider and licensed granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company/broker and not to any third parties. You may not transfer or sell any of the media. Any usage of the media by a third party, including but not limited to real estate agents, brokers, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by the media provider.
